About Me

Behind the Name

John is the founder of Woodview Construction & Lanscapes. From a very young age he was interested in plants and was often selling plants at the local weekend markets! He later studied Horticulture and developed a key understanding into plants - what grows best in what soil; which plants work well together; when to cut/plant shrubs and trees. Many people can sell you a garden full of flowers, but can they guarantee the plants will survive the seasons without turning your space into an unkept wilderness? John will build you a garden that is not only practical for your needs and ability, but looks great all year round too.

Later in life, as the demand for high end quality paving and stonework increased John started working more and more in construction. A perfectionist by nature his work is highly commended wherever he has gone. This part of his career has served him well when it comes to landscaping as a garden these days is more than just plants and flowers! From decking to stone patios & walls, pergolas to water features, John can do it all.

Experts are also on hand in the fields of stone work and electrical wiring for all projects. Labourers are also available for general garden work, maintenence and any painting required.

Children's Wonderland

A father himself, John has been shocked at the cost of swings and playgrounds for the domestic user. Fed up of seeing the same big names charging huge sums for standard designs he set out to provide tailor made solutions for families.
